Deniz BOZALP

She was born in Ankara, in 1989. She began her trumpet training with Ekrem AKKERMAN at Hacettepe University State Conservatory in 2000.  She has made numerous appearances as soloist and chamber musician. In 2005, Her Trio Group was awarded the 2nd prize at M?AM Copper Brass Instruments Chamber Music Contest organized by Prof. Erdem B?LGEN. She participated in masterclass with Rex RICHARDSON in 2006. In the same year, she actively participated in masterclass of  ‘’ Contemporary Music’’ organized by Prof. Peter SHEPPARD.  She gave chamber music concerts with her trio group at the Anatolian Civilizations Museum as a part of this masterclass. She appeared in various concerts with the Brass Orchestra under the baton of Doç. Vag?f SULEYMANOV as soloist and principle trumpeter. She performed with the Hacettepe University Academic Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Prof Erol ERDINC in 2006. She has made appearances as a guest performer in numerous concerts with many orchestras including Presidential Symphony Orchestra, Bilkent Symphony Orchestra, Adana Cukurova Symphony Orchestra, Istanbul Symphony Orchestra, Eskisehir Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra and Anadolu University Symphony Orchestra. She continued her career as a contracted artist at the Ankara State Opera and Ballet and since she passed entrance exam for the Eski?ehir Metropolitan Municipality Symphony Orchestra in 2010, has been working in this instutition as a trumpeter.
