Aygül YERLİKAYA
She was born in Eskisehir, in 1981. After passing the aptitude test, she was admitted to Anadolu University State Conservatory in 1992 and accepted to the Cello Department. She began her studies with Prof. Catholin Nemeth NUARI. She continued her studies with Asst. Prof Gulyar SAY between 1995 and 1996, and with Academician Emel AKARSU and Prof.Dr. Yuri SEMENOV between 1996 and 2002. She performed Senetino by Jordan Pal first time in Turkey in 1996. After she passed the Soloist Test for the Anadolu University Youth Symphony Orchestra and she performed Vivaldi's "Two Violins Concertos" accompanied by this orchestra in 1999. She was appointed to the position of Principle Cello for the same orchestra in 2002. During her education, she appeared in numerous chamber music and orchestral concerts as well as soloist. She graduated at the top of her music department and conservatory in 2002. In the same year, she passed the entrance exam for the Eski?ehir Metropolitan Municipality Symphony Orchestra and has still been working in this institution.
