Ulviye Evrim BASKIN ÜLKEN

She was born in Izmir, in 1978. After graduating from Anadolu High School, she was admitted to Flute Department at Cukurova University State Conservatory. She attended in master course in Lancut, Poland and gave concerts there. In 1995, she graduated from Flute Department of Cukurova University. She attended in masterclass with Gulsen TATU and received a certificate as an active student in 1995. In 1996, She participated in Çukurova University State Symphony Orchestra Youth Concert as a soloist and performed Concerto for two flutes by D Cimarosa. After passing the entrance exam for ‘’Conservatoire Royale De Bruxelles’’, she continued her studies as a student of Prof Jean Michel TANGUYin his flute class in 1996. Apart from her flute education, she also received Premier Prix Music Analysis Certificate and Communate Francaise Language Training Certificate in 1998. She took part in various concerts at home and abroad. She gave concerts with the Brussels Conservatory Orchestra and recorded CDs. In the same year, she became a student of Aycan SANCAR in Hacettepe University State Conservatory and graduated with distinction from Hacettepe University State Conservatory in 2001. After passing the entrance exam for Eskisehir Metropolitan Municipality Symphony Orchestra, she still continues to work in this institution.
