Hasan Gökalp ULUĞBAY
He was born in Izmir in 1980. He was admitted to Trumpet Department at Izmir Dokuz Eylül University State Conservatory in 1994. However, due to his health problems, he was transferred to the Percussion Department in 1996 and became the student of Murat POLGE. In 1999, he participated in Belford Music Festival performing with the school orchestra. In addition, he has appeared in many chamber music and orchestra concerts as a soloist and an orchestral musician. He successfully graduated from the conservatory in 2001. So far, he has performed with numerous orchestras, including Izmir State Opera and Ballet, Izmir State Symphony Orchestra, Antalya Symphony Orchestra and Eski?ehir Metropolitan Municipality Symphony Orchestra. He also participated in tournaments in German and Belgian, while he was in the Izmir State Opera and Ballet. In July 2005, he passed the entrance exam for the Eski?ehir Metropolitan Municipality Symphony Orchestra and has been a member of the orchestra since then.
